1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting DaoVerse ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using any of its features and commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the Bot and remove it from your server.

2. Description of Service

DaoVerse is an interactive Discord entertainment bot offering text-based Eastern Fantasy / Xianxia Roguelike RPG gameplay, including cultivation, monster encounters, item gathering, virtual economy, and community features. All currencies, items, equipment, and characters within DaoVerse are purely virtual and possess zero real-world financial value.

3. Rules of Conduct & Fair Play

Users agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Automating actions via self-bots, macros, or unauthorized automated scripts without explicit developer consent.
  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for unfair advantage. Any bugs discovered must be reported promptly to the developers.
  • Attempting to sell, buy, or exchange virtual game currency or assets for real-world money (Real Money Trading / RMT is strictly prohibited).
  • Harassing, abusing, or defaming other players or staff through bot features.
  • Spamming bot commands or intentionally overloading bot infrastructure.

Violations may result in virtual asset resets, temporary suspensions, or permanent blacklisting from DaoVerse.

4. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime; however, the Bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to modify, balance, update, pause, or discontinue game features, stats, or mechanics at any time to preserve game balance and server stability.

DaoVerse strictly complies with the Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines.
